We accept credit cards, debit cards, and NFC mobile payments. Payment is due on completion, before the vehicle leaves, unless the written quote says otherwise. A deposit may be required where the build needs parts we order in and those parts come to more than $500 — it covers the order, and it is set out on the written quote before any work starts. We do not bill insurance carriers, so the number on your written quote is the number you pay.

We perform cosmetic and collision repair on a direct-pay basis for owners who want concours-quality work without the carrier-driven shortcuts that compromise luxury vehicles. We can help you understand what an insurance reimbursement might cover, but the work itself is between you and us.
