A bolt-on kit is only as good as the bay it lands in. PACMods has installed and fabricated body work across Porsche, BMW M, Mazda, Aston Martin, McLaren, and the Honda chassis Dusty has been turning into Porsche engine bays on @dusty.build. We dry-fit every panel against factory tolerance before paint, and we say no to kits that can’t be made to clear concours scrutiny.
A Rocket Bunny over-fender or a Garage Vary front lip will only set as well as the installer is willing to dry-fit, modify, and reset. We check every panel against the factory body line before a drop of primer goes on, modify mounting points where the kit and the chassis disagree, and only paint after the fit is signed off. The result is a kit that reads OEM+, not aftermarket.
BMW M4 Adro front lip extension, Lotus Evora prototype bumper, Porsche 911 GT3-spec splitter — we cut, lay, and bake carbon in-house for the cars whose catalog parts don’t exist or don’t fit. Patterning is done in CAD against a factory scan or hand-laid molds, with weave orientation matched to the surrounding factory carbon where the panel meets visible structure.
Most of the kit work landing at PACMods today is on Porsche 911 chassis (991 / 992), Mazda Miata ND, BMW M3/M4, and the occasional G-Wagon W463A. Dusty’s @dusty.build feed documents the build process publicly — what hits Instagram is what comes out of the bay.
Standard body-kit installation runs 6–8 weeks from car-in to delivery. Custom carbon fabrication runs 10–14 weeks because pattern, layup, and cure cycles can’t be compressed without compromising the panel. We give a written timeline at quote and update weekly.
Team is very professional, friendly, and most importantly fast. Before work they made sure to confirm every miniscule detail of the project with me, and after I had left my car at the shop the team made sure that they return the car as soon as they can. After I have collected the car the team made sure that everything was up to my liking, and even checked in with me a couple months after.
