Our bay is at 14525 254th Ave SE, Monroe, WA 98272 — just off US-2, central to the county and reachable from Lynnwood, Everett, and Mill Creek inside 30 minutes. The shop runs by appointment only, Monday through Friday.

Do you serve the whole county or just Monroe?

The whole county. Monroe is the home bay, but most of our work comes from across Snohomish County — Lynnwood, Mill Creek, Mukilteo, Everett, Snohomish, and Lake Stevens. Complimentary pickup and white-glove delivery is available county-wide; we collect the vehicle, document its condition, and return it concours-clean.

Do you do non-insurance body work in Snohomish County?

Accepted Answer

Yes — direct-pay cosmetic and collision repair on Porsche, Tesla, Rivian, BMW M, G-Wagon, and exotic platforms. We do not work with insurance carriers. This is the most-defensible gap in the county: most body shops position around insurance work; PACMods explicitly does not. The work is scoped and quoted in writing before tooling.

Full-body PPF on a luxury or exotic vehicle at PACMods starts at the upper end of the Seattle market because we work exclusively with concours-grade Ultrafit film and back every install with a 10-year warranty. Partial coverage (front-end, track package, or high-impact areas) starts lower. Request a private estimate for a vehicle-specific quote.

PACMods installs Ultrafit — a top-tier self-healing paint protection film with a 10-year warranty. It is optically clear, hydrophobic, and swirl-resistant; we select the coverage tier and finish (gloss or matte) per vehicle and intended use, from daily-driven streets to dedicated track time.

How do I pay, and do you take a deposit?

Accepted Answer

We accept credit cards, debit cards, and NFC mobile payments. Payment is due on completion, before the vehicle leaves, unless the written quote says otherwise. A deposit may be required where the build needs parts we order in and those parts come to more than $500 — it covers the order, and it is set out on the written quote before any work starts. We do not bill insurance carriers, so the number on your written quote is the number you pay.

PACMods is an independent shop by intention and does not work with insurance carriers. We perform cosmetic and collision repair on a direct-pay basis for owners who want concours-quality work without the carrier-driven shortcuts that compromise luxury vehicles. We can help you understand what an insurance reimbursement might cover, but the work itself is between you and us.
