Why we don’t take insurance.
Insurance carriers price-cap labour rates and dictate material choices. For a daily-driven sedan that’s an acceptable trade. For a Porsche GT car, a Ferrari, an Aston, or a long-term-keepers G-Wagon, it’s not. Carriers won’t pay for full-panel blend when a spot repair will satisfy a depreciation formula. They won’t pay spectrophotometer-matched paint when factory-code-only is "good enough." We decline that ceiling on every job.
