Kirkland sits between Bellevue’s exotic density and Redmond’s Tesla density, and almost nobody publishes a Kirkland-specific PPF page — the searches route to Bellevue shops by default. That’s a gap. The collector base here is real: waterfront garages along Lake Washington Boulevard, the condo towers around Carillon Point and downtown, and the tech-exec neighbourhoods of Bridle Trails and Rose Hill. PACMods is the independent, concours-grade option that doesn’t make a Kirkland owner drive to Bellevue or settle for a volume shop.

We run single, two, and three-stage programs depending on what the paint will tolerate — full-spectrum lighting for the correction itself and sun-gun final inspection before delivery. The result is the surface the car shipped with, not a wax-on shine that telegraphs in the next direct sunlight.

Pickup, delivery, and the no-friction Kirkland program.

Most Kirkland clients never see the shop. We collect from the home or office address — including from secured downtown and Carillon Point parking with key-fob handoff — document the vehicle condition with photos and paint-gauge readings, and return it concours-clean against a signed handover sheet. The bay is in Monroe, ~30 minutes north; the experience is on the Eastside.

No — the bay is in Monroe, ~30 minutes from Kirkland depending on traffic. Pickup and white-glove delivery is complimentary across Kirkland, Juanita, Bridle Trails, Redmond, and Bellevue. Most clients never make the drive.
Q/02Why is there no Kirkland PPF shop that handles exotics?
Most Eastside collectors default to Bellevue because Kirkland has no concours-grade independent. PACMods fills that gap — both Ultrafit and XPEL installer status, 10-year warranty registered to the owner, and complimentary pickup so a Kirkland car never has to leave the Eastside for the appointment.
Q/03Do you do non-insurance body work for Kirkland clients?
Yes — direct-pay cosmetic and collision repair on Porsche, Tesla, Rivian, BMW M, and exotic platforms. We do not work with insurance carriers. The work is scoped and quoted in writing before tooling, and timeline and quality are not negotiated against a carrier formula.
Q/04How long does paint protection film last?
Professionally installed Ultrafit paint protection film carries a 10-year manufacturer warranty against yellowing, cracking, and delamination. In Pacific Northwest conditions, the film typically performs well past the warranty window if washed correctly and not exposed to chemical contamination.
Q/05How much does PPF cost in Seattle?
Full-body PPF on a luxury or exotic vehicle at PACMods starts at the upper end of the Seattle market because we work exclusively with concours-grade Ultrafit film and back every install with a 10-year warranty. Partial coverage (front-end, track package, or high-impact areas) starts lower. Request a private estimate for a vehicle-specific quote.
Q/06What paint protection film do you install?
PACMods installs Ultrafit — a top-tier self-healing paint protection film with a 10-year warranty. It is optically clear, hydrophobic, and swirl-resistant; we select the coverage tier and finish (gloss or matte) per vehicle and intended use, from daily-driven streets to dedicated track time.
Q/07How do I pay, and do you take a deposit?
We accept credit cards, debit cards, and NFC mobile payments. Payment is due on completion, before the vehicle leaves, unless the written quote says otherwise. A deposit may be required where the build needs parts we order in and those parts come to more than $500 — it covers the order, and it is set out on the written quote before any work starts. We do not bill insurance carriers, so the number on your written quote is the number you pay.
Q/08Do you work with insurance companies?
PACMods is an independent shop by intention and does not work with insurance carriers. We perform cosmetic and collision repair on a direct-pay basis for owners who want concours-quality work without the carrier-driven shortcuts that compromise luxury vehicles. We can help you understand what an insurance reimbursement might cover, but the work itself is between you and us.
